

We are a family-owned farm in the Hudson River Valley raising livestock on 115 acres of rolling pastures and hardwood forest looking across the river to the Catskills.
We produce incredibly flavorful and nutritious lamb, pork, chicken and turkey and exquisite woolen items from our flock. The quality of our products is a direct result of our stewardship of the land and our animal husbandry. And in 2025 we proudly acheived Tier 3 Regenerative Certification.
Regenerative farming focuses on soil health as the foundation for all life and climate resilience.
But what does it take to be certified?
Certified Regenified means:
- our regenerative farming practices are inspected, thoroughly recorded and reported
- our animals must be raised on pasture
- our soils are rigorously tested for 65 data points to analyze their resilience and biological health.
- Not only do we enact practices to support the strongest environmental resiience but we also have soil test results showing data that confirms these practices are being executed at a level of measurable positive impact.
All of this translates to food that is more nutritious, more delicious and makes a measurable positive impact on the environment.
