For years, families have come to our farm to learn, explore, and grow—through summer days filled with curiosity, hard work, laughter, and connection to the land. In 2026, we’re ready to extend that experience beyond the day and into the evening with the launch of our Educational On-Farm Stays at our working farm in Lagrangeville, NY (an easy 30-minute drive from our Ridgefield farm).
These overnight stays are designed to deepen children’s and families’ connection to agriculture, nature, and place. Guests will wake with the sun, learn by doing, share meals, and experience the rhythms of farm life in a meaningful, immersive way.
Our 115-acre farm looks out across the Hudson River directly to the Catskill Mountains. As the sun sets behind the ridge, the landscape transforms. You could watch 100 sunsets here and no two would be alike—yet every one would be remarkable. They stop you in your tracks. They invite you to pause, observe, relax, and learn.
The 2026 Founding Year
We have already taken a major step forward by purchasing three canvas glamping tents. For our inaugural 2026 season, we are inviting families who believe in this mission to become Founding Sponsors, helping us complete the infrastructure that will make these stays possible, including:
- Installation of the tents on permanent platforms
- Essential site infrastructure
- An off-grid shower and bathroom facility
- A simple campfire and outdoor cooking area
